A BRIEF HISTORY OF HAYS & COMPANY
 

Hays & Company, which was founded in 1946,  specializes in the distribution of oil and gas proceeds to working-interest and royalty owners.  We have a long history of service to this industry.  In fact,  Hays & Company Founder Bernard Hays was instrumental in founding IOGA of WV in 1959 and it continues to be a respected association for the oil and gas industry. 

In January 2004, we became a member of The Poca Valley Bankshares, Inc.  Hays & Company is now part of The Poca Valley Family of Companies, which also includes The Poca Valley Bank and Poca Valley Financial.  The goal of Poca Valley Bankshares is to offer a one stop solution for all of your financial needs.
